BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Boxing, Karate and Kickboxing Boxing. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
BODYCOMBAT is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout. It is also available via virtual workout on Zoom.
Experienced Instructor
Your instructor has been teaching combat sports (boxing, kickboxing and karate) for over 20 years. They are also a level 4 strength & conditioning coach and been running and designing body combat sessions for over 5 years.
