Boot Camp is a mix of Strongman and Crossfit. Burn calories, get strong and develop power. No experience needed. Learn strongman, power and kettlebell movements. Including Log Press, Atlas Stones, Dumbbells, Kettlebells and Sandbags

Boot Camp is available Outside and Indoors for small to medium sized groups.

Body Combat

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Boxing, Karate and Kickboxing Boxing. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BODYCOMBAT is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout. It is also available via virtual workout on Zoom.

Group PT

Group PT follows the same principle of following a programme to achieve your goals, via training and a diet.

In many cases most people get better results training in Small Groups over a 1 to 1 PT session and attending bigger classes. You and your peers can motivate each other more to train and reach your goals.

Plus, it is more cost-effective.
